Introduction to the Hong Sau Technique of Meditation
Sunday, October 15th 3-5 pm
This class will cover the basics of meditation, relevant to any meditative practice, and will also provide specific instruction in the Hong Sau technique — an ancient meditation technique from India that Yogananda taught and is a prerequisite for kriya yoga initiation. Hong Sau is a deep meditative practice. Yogananda said that an hour of practicing the Hong Sau technique is equal to 24 hours of sitting in the silence.
Cost includes a copy of the book How to Meditate by Nayaswami Jyotish Novak.
Your instructor, Michelle Dossett, has 20 years of meditation experience, and over the past 8 years has taught hundreds of people how to meditate.
