KIRTAN AND MEDITATION

The great yogi, Paramhansa Yogananda said, “Chanting is half the battle.” Come join us for an evening of chanting and meditation and discover how chanting can open the heart, invite stillness, and deepen the peace of meditation. You’ll learn simple chants by Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda interspersed by brief periods of meditation. This event will take place at the Blissful Monkey Yoga Studio in Jamaica Plain.
